Depending what store you work at...

Taco Bell Shift Leader (Former Employee) Florence, KY

Prosflexible hours, management was always easy to work with.

Conswere more willing to promote men over women and pay was higher for men. had very high expectations but wanted to pay managers barely over minimum wage but expected a lot from them.

Advice to Senior Managementlisten to your managers more. not just the area coach or GM.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
