I worked at Taco Bell full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

flexible hours, management was always easy to work with.

Cons

were more willing to promote men over women and pay was higher for men. had very high expectations but wanted to pay managers barely over minimum wage but expected a lot from them.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen to your managers more. not just the area coach or GM.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay accordingly, provide better time off for life balance of home and work. Restaurant workers managers shouldn't be required to work 55 hr weeks.

I worked at Taco Bell part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

It was a good first job and people were friendly. 50% discount. haha. It was fast paced and very fun.

    Cons

You are always on your feet. You sometimes have to deal with some really rude people. And everyone excepts you to speak Spanish and seems very angry if you do not. And they may also fire you if you are pregnant like they did to me because they don't "want you to give birth on their floor".
