Systems Engineer (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

Pros- free good food
- good benefits
- competitive salary
- interesting projects
- learning experience
- intellectual environment
- nice coworkers
- management is understanding of issues outside of work

Cons- company is growing, lots of work and no time to do it all
- somewhat loud working environment, can be distracting at times
- not much time to work on making systems and software more stable

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus a little bit less on rapid execution and a little bit more on refinement and stability. This will save time in the long run.
