    Pros

    TAKE is a software company that has been expanding in the supply chain and clinical sectors. The company has a great potential but requires a clear thinking management that can push it in the right direction. The pay and benefits are exceptional if you are a manager with great potential and ability. In fact TAKE is one of the highest paying employers at IIMs in India.

    Cons

    During the recession in 2008 and 2009 the company laid off several employees while at the same time acquired several companies. This has created lot of mistrust and bureaucracy. Employees have very little faith in the management while management continues to show a behavior that displeases employees. This includes constant change in organizational policy, reduction in benefits etc. Several of the top managers including the COO have quit the company in the past one year adding fuel to the burning fire.

    Listen to your employees. I did not even have an exit interview when I quit.
