    Pros

    Great coworkers with good benefits. Company pays for car/travel expenses for sales team. Well respected.

    Cons

    Pharmaceutical climate has changed/continues to change. Insurance coverage for patient drugs is a great er and greater obstacle for providers and clinics are continually shutting down to drug reps. Management pressure to perform while dealing with aspects of the job that are out of our control and being told we're poor salesmen.

    Advice to Management

    Take some of the pressure off the field sales team while looking at what is actually happening in the market (managed care considerations, provider access, etc), and make sure mid-level management isn't hammering good salespeople for trying their best.

    Strong and safe products. Expected generic competition

    Cons

    Most products are extrememly late to market. Must move to Deerfield, IL to advance out of sales.
