    I worked at Talentica

    Pros

    - lot more to learn from current employees
    - good working culture
    - no internal politics
    - pay at par level (sometimes not as high as higher than industry)
    - chance to work with best techies (though few ones left now) in the country

    Cons

    - internal project change is bit challenge. You need a good repo with upper management.
    - sometimes hard to find (though not always) the balance between work life and personal life.
    - need the better communication bridge between low-level employees and upper management.
    - upper management is bit biased for IITians .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - needs to higher better QAs. Though few ones are very good. And few are just eating company resources and taking higher salary than hard worker Developers.
    - sometimes (though not all) employees are under-estimated.
    - upper management needs to give a power to middle/lower management.
    - even lower management can't take any tiny decision without permission from upper management.
