Pros

SaaS and Talent Management Leader. Innovative, focused, agressive and driven management. Generous Perfomance based compensation. Opportunity for advancement for self-starters. Mostly very competent, bright colleagues. Increasingly global focus.

Cons

Increasingly hierarchical corporate structure. Poor internal customer support. Poor employee onboarding, training and ongoing support. To be succesful you have to be independent, entrepreneurial and experienced. No formal career development, veteran's often passed over for management position in favor of new outside talent.

Advice to Management

Invest more in customer service training and overall services delivery.

    Pros

    One of the leading on demand software companies with a blue chip customer base. Company is public and stock has been doing fairly well this year, with positive analyst ratings.

    Cons

    Upper management treats employees poorly which is ironic given that they are in the HR space. Compensation strategy is to pay only at mid point, they are very stingy with stock options so only officers of the company make good money, while the rest of the employees make so-so money. CEO is tyranical and makes it a practice to publicly humiliate people in meetings.

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach to your customers, talent is your best asset so take good care of it.

    Pros

    Good work life balance. Everyone on the support team is there only from 8 to 5pm.

    Cons

    Overall very low morale on team-mates
    Non existent training
    Extremely dissatisfied customers to deal with

    Advice to Management

    Prepare your people properly before sending them to support clients.
    The software itself is amazingly buggy (I was there on 2011). FIX IT!
    The support senior and medium management is worthless. They have no clue what is going on with the clients.
