Current Employee – been working at Taleo

Pros – For a company that is spread out geographically, they do a pretty good job of keeping connected.
They have REALLY good people to work with. I meet so many clever and innovative people in my different interactions within the company.

Cons – It is harder to stay connected with so many virtual employees. As the company grows and meets the challenges that come through, there is a feeling that some of the tasks that help build good employees are not treated the same throughout the company.

Advice to Senior Management – .
