    People, Flexibility, growing company with opportunity, management is great depending on dept, open communication

    Processes are broken, multiple systems used that contain same info, implementation problems with Taleo10

    Need to automate systems, processes, procedures as many tasks are time consuming and cumbersome

    Benefits including health, dental, vision, fsa, stock options, 401k, 3 weeks vacation as new employee, holidays and other pto

    Cons

    Proper training and immediate manager support for the learning process to do job. Manager's don't know or have never done the job and do not know how difficult the processes get in the way of getting job done in the time required to hit the numbers expected - this role is very much a call center role and no longer relationship management with set clients. Great for starters, but not for seasoned professionals

    Management should not be based on who knows who, but who is truly qualified to support and work with their team for a successful future.
