Current Employee – been working at Tangoe full-time for more than a year
Pros – *Relaxed, causal work environment and friendly coworkers. Work at home positions are also very comfortable.
Cons – * Lack of organization.
* Lack of set procedure.
* Lack of proper training.
* Lack of proper management.
* VERY high turnover rate.
* Management does not listen to the voice of the workers at the bottom of the chain.
* Unwilling to work with employee's (especially long term loyal employee's) even during life changing events such as requesting a schedule change or move to part/full time.
* Contract employee's are made to feel like they are disposable.
* Company expanded too quickly and cannot handle the influx of new clients.
* The list goes on. If you are job searching and this is your only option take it, if not KEEP LOOKING.
Advice to Senior Management – Management needs to start listening to their staff since they are the ones who actually deal with clients and carry a different view point not seen by Management. Set clear procedure to handle issues, there is no organization when each Manager has a "Preferred" solution to a problem. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
