Former Employee – worked at Target
Pros – Pay is decent. For management, pay straight out of college with no experience is good. There is always opportunity for advancement. Friendly atmosphere.
Cons – It is retail. Be expected to work nights and weekends. Many managers are straight out of college, many without experience.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide better training for management. Focus on employees with individual development plans. This is a great company to work for if you are into retail.
