Good first job experience, not for family or long term growth

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsFor someone looking to make 50k right out of college and building a resume in management this is a good place to start. Industry best benefits package.

ConsIncredibly long hours, not for someone with a family at home. Expect to work min of 50+ hrs per week, if you work overnight expect more like 55-60. You are given about half the.resources necessary to complete your job and can not leave until the job is done.

Advice to Senior ManagementBallence productivity and resource management, if company, sop says it will take 80 ours to complete a task give managers 80 hours worth of resources.
