-Daily recognition for work done
-Able to get time-off when needed
-Open door policy with management
-Teamwork encouraged
-Able to get time-off without burning into vacation time

Cons

-Problems not always dealt with by management
-Some departments work harder than others for the same pay
-New supervisors sometimes try to put their "stamp" on things

    The company is extremely large. At times jobs are narrow in scope and are limited in terms of overall appeal.
