Former Employee – worked at Target
Pros – A large age range of employees, making it a great place to meet many people. There are also many different positions at Target which you can always span out and work in.
Cons – Only give feedback and raises once a year around March. Depending on the management at the store, there is a great amount of pressure to promote and reach monthly goals of the Target RedCard.
Advice to Senior Management – Give more positive feedback when an employee comes in for extra shifts. Also give raises more than just once a year and also not limit the amount of the raise.
