Good work life balance, good technology but slow

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Bangalore (India)

I have been working at Target full-time for more than 3 years

Pros* Some projects deal with the latest technologies
* Timelines are generally relaxed
* Free food , cheap transport
* Flexi time

Cons* Slow work most of the times
* Salary is generally less but depends on how you can push it with your manager. Infact some really worthless resources are better paid than good/average resources just because they have good interactions.
* Mostly waterfall model projects
* Less direct client-developer interaction

Advice to Senior ManagementCan use the resources better and try getting some parity in salaries

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Horrible

Cashier (Former Employee)

I worked at Target part-time for less than a year

Pros: Busy during Holiday season made the shifts go by quickly. Cons: Management cannot right a decent schedule. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Great at first, Horrible towards the end.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Target

Pros: Team members were great, depending on ability you can be given a lot… Cons: Executive Team Leaders are not unified. They all have thier own agendas to get promoted and will stab anyone in the back to do so.… Advice to Senior Management: Don't stab people in the back to promote.
