    Pros

    Team work and building towards a positive attitude towards customers by providing a good shopping experience.

    Cons

    It still a retail job. Minimum wage. No matter how much rah! Rah! that happens. One is still working a part time jobs for little money.

    Don't be as surprised when some one does not buy into all the enthusiasm over a retail job.
