Good Company

Group Leader - DC (Current Employee) Lake City, FL

ProsInitial outlook is very friendly, but team members ultimately run the business for fear of unions developing. Pay is best out there for recent college graduates.

Cons12-14 hour days are the norm, and you end up making less than your employees on some weeks. Senior leadership plays the flavor of the week frequently.

Advice to Senior ManagementLet your group leaders run their business, and quit letting the team members know they run it.
