Target feels more like a community pharmacy than most retail chains do. The Clear Rx prescription bottles are great!
Cons
I felt micro-managed by my higher-ups. I don't need my employer telling me how many pictures of my children I can hang on the bulletin board.
Advice to Senior Management
Pharmacists are professionals, and should not need to be micro-managed for the sake of consistency.
