    Pros

I got plenty of work experience, met new people, trained newly hired. I was earning and income even though it was not that much. Reliable work hours.

    Cons

I would have to say the red cards. They "required" every cashier to sell at least one credit card a day. I tried very hard but no one wanted to open a credit card in this economy. This led to me quitting my job before I was to be fired because of it.

    Advice to Management

Lower the expectations of selling Red Cards.

    Pros

Target Stores promotes teamwork. When I worked there if the sales floor, front end, logistics etc.
needed help, everyone responded. It didnt matter what your title was. For that reason, job titles are not on nametags. They truly beleive in their people. Training & safety are very important to Target.
I had 2 months of training & mentoring before I reported to my store. Its a positive environment, that looks for solutions, not problems.

    Cons

That I resigned. Open availability can be a con for some people.

    Advice to Management

Keep developing great STL's. Their a big part of Target Store success.
