I have been working at Target part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Getting to work with a team, they give you many breaks throughout the day and enforce this policy, HR is always willing to work with you on issues you may have, team huddle where you get to learn about the sales for the day and other business related things

    Cons

any sort of retail can be frustrating to work in but dealing with angry/rude guests, raises are yearly but they are usually small (largest heard of at my store this year was .33 cents) - that is for team members though

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It can be frustrating to feel like we have to get the entire zone done AND the reshop and just everything in one night. I usually work nights and ETL's put a lot of pressure on us to finish it all, which can be stressful and usually impossible.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
