    Pros

    Opportunity to meet great people
    Fast passed environment
    Good benefits
    Competitive pay

    Cons

Inexperienced people brought in at upper level management positions- putting a strain on those that know the job
Held accountable for other peoples ignorance and innability to do their job
Expected to do more than one person can balance
Advancement limited-based on education level not experience

    Advice to Management

Stop onboarding/promoting the inexperienced- just because a person has a degree does not make them capable of doing the job
Be more in tune with what goes on inside each building-look beyond the surface-if there is high turnover wouldnt you want to know why?..
Be honestly dedicated to those that are dedicated to the job and the company-stop losing valuable people
Revamp the hotline process- its a joke. Valid complaints get dismissed due to validation of those that are being called about.

For part time workers only. Hire as full time, but only give you 2-3 days a week.

    Pros

Most of the Team Leads care about you. Free lunch every now and then when the store is making sales. Pay is slightly higher than your average retail by 25-50 cents. Great job for students who cannot work 40 hours a week.

    Cons

They expect you to be available every day, but only schedule you for 2-3 days a week. The only time you will get more than 7 hours and 15 minutes a day is during Black Friday and Christmas. They hire too many employees on purpose. It is so that they can call people in to work if someone calls out. You are starved for work hours so when they ask if you can come in of course you will say yes.

    Advice to Management

Fight for your employees and get them more hours. Stop hiring so many people. Don't expect us to work so hard for you when you can't even give us work hours.
