Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Target part-time for more than 3 years

Pros-Very flexible schedule
-Fun place to work
-Lots of recognition
-Understanding management team
-Management was open to feedback
-Several avenues to take if you have concerns

Cons-Management was horrible at following up with things
-Poor communication
-Hours were cut suddenly and severely
-Many people were unhappy there and made everyone else's job harder

Advice to Senior ManagementHold your Leaders accountable for their actions and give them the autonomy to make decisions that they deem fit for the situation.
