Big company with a lot of opportunity for advancement if you are willing to go out and work for it.

Human Resources (Current Employee)

ProsTarget is a fast paced and fun work environment. Being such a large company, there are numerous opportunities for advancement. Talent and hard work are definitely rewarded, even more so than seniority, which is refreshing.

ConsIt's a large company, so it is easy to get left behind if you are not pro-active. Upper-level management can seem impersonal, maybe due to the vastness of the corporation
