Pros

Energetic and enthusiastic corporate culture

Very rigid when it comes to executing the Target brand (not necessarily a bad thing but sometimes it can be a bit much)

    Pros

fun people, always a changing never had the same thing.

    Cons

rough hours doing the holidays, use good team members too much

    Advice to Management

Distribute work evenly instead of relaying on hard workers and buring them out

    Pros

Starting pay is competitive, cross-training between departments, hours, decent benefits, open door policy with management, they try to help team members maintain a work / life balance.

    Cons

The higher management (ETL, STL) in many cases start in these higher positions without any prior experience with the company, while team members who have been there for a long time never get promoted.

    Advice to Management

Before hiring someone from the outside to be an ETL, STL, or even a team lead, check around the store first. There are many qualified individuals who would make a great lead.
