Decent company

Sales Floor Team Member (Former Employee) Davis, CA

ProsFriendly team members.
Longer breaks and lunches than California's minimum requirement.
Target's customer base is better than say another big discount retailer.

ConsHard to become acquainted with team members if you were hired as a seasonal worker.
Starts sales associates at minimum wage.
