    Pros

The best reason to work for target is the constant customer interactions. whether you're at the cafe or in the aisles, there's always a customer-employee conversation.

    Cons

Only thing I don't like is Bi weekly pay and no cash bonuses. I think that the employee should be rewarded for superior work

I have been working at Target full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Keen focus on employee development Great leaders at middle and senior levels Room to grow and develop within role with challenging assignments Ability to move laterally within different areas of the company Clear vision and strategy

    Cons

Depending on team/area, work life balance can be challenging Pay and benefits are not as competitive as other companies Not as agile or nimble, decisions are made slowly and methodically

    Advice to Management

Do not depend on qualitative measures (leadership, development) to make up for middling pay and benefits. Look at more unique sources of talent. Some areas have little diversity. Continue to drive great team member development.
