Target Asset Protection Team Lead in Spartanburg, SC:   (Past Employee - 2009)

Pros

They pay decent for retail. They have an average benefit package.

Cons

They see every employee as easily replacable. No one is an asset to the company no matter how hard they work, because they can just put an ad out and replace them with someone who is paid less. Many people are fired with no notice because they have budget cuts, and the management doesn't have a thought about how this will effect everyone's families.

Advice to Senior Management

Showing your employees that you care about them may lead to more faithful employees.
