Target Executive Team Leader - Hardlines in Fayetteville, NC:   (Current Employee)

Pros

The benefits package is good and performance really does get you higher rather than keeping you in the same spot.

Cons

The work-life balance is non existent. My relationship is extremely strained since most ETL's work anywhere from 50 to 70 hours a week and Target moves you around frequently.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay ETL's less and make them work less. It is ridiculous to have one person doing so much work! No one is going to want to stay in this position long
