I worked at Target part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

something different to do every day

    Cons

closing hours do not signify when you will actually leave. it was not uncommon to be allowed to leave over 2 hours after the store had closed.

I have been working at Target full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They will usually hire anyone as they have an enormous turnover rate, so good hold over job in desperation.

    Cons

You get a raise once a year and the highest I have heard was 38 cents. For an entire year, some people got as low as 3 cents. What they expect of you of you is way higher than they pay you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help out with the workload sometimes instead of sitting in an office all day.
