I have been working at Target full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They will usually hire anyone as they have an enormous turnover rate, so good hold over job in desperation.

    Cons

You get a raise once a year and the highest I have heard was 38 cents. For an entire year, some people got as low as 3 cents. What they expect of you of you is way higher than they pay you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help out with the workload sometimes instead of sitting in an office all day.

I worked at Target part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

One of the best 401k programs for a retail company
I worked with some of the best people. Most of them no longer work at th EDH Target.
Most of my guests were wonderfu, and I was able to build relationships with a lot of them. I'm constantly running into my former regulars who tell me how much they miss seeing me at Target.

    Cons

The pay, the treatment of Team Members, favoritism, too little pay for too much work, inappropritate fraternizing, opening at 9 pm on Thanksgiving, the pay, age discrimination
Good people getting fired, and flakes being hired and favored

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management in this location needs to change to new management.
