    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Different shift managers should keep in mind their position when interviewing potential employees. I had two interviews before I got called for my third, and the second interviewer did not want me hired on the team. The issue I have, is that I was interviewed for the overnight flow team member position, and the manager who didn't want me hired was a daytime swing shift manager for hardlines - a position completely separate from the one I was called in for. I was scheduled to come in the next day for a third interview because the two team leads couldn't agree. My third interviewer was the LOD of flow team and he set me up to get my job offer with HR. Bottom line, my two interviewers SHOULD have been my first interviewer(team lead for flow team), and my third interviewer(LOD for flow team) because the position I was called in for was FLOW TEAM. From my experience this company runs completely different between their night/day shifts. Please choose management pertaining to the position your hiring for when setting up interviews with a potential employee.
