Positive experience but don't expect them to do all the work

ProsThe atmosphere is really friendly and positive. I felt comfortable with my co-workers from day 1. The benefits are there, if you choose to stay for a while and I feel that their open-door policy is very honest.

ConsThe schedule is more like a guideline than a schedule.

    Pros: Team Leads and LODs demonstrate concern for both the guests… Cons: There are always the bad eggs who don't care about… Advice to Senior Management: Weed out the losers so the company can grow.     10 + years of Target experience - have I seen it all ? The answer is no, there is always something new to learn !
