Target is fine but don't plan for a career there.

I worked at Target full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Never get bored, room to move to other departments but don't expect big raises.

    Cons

Your schedule is at the whim of management, which of course varies from store to store. Some stores are extremely understanding about having a life outside of work. Others will hound you into quitting or fire you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be aware of what you require people to do and whether they have the resources to actually achieve these goals.
