I have been working at Target full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

It's a great pharmacy to work at while in school. Very flexible with hours. Everyone is really friendly to coworkers and I loved the pharmacy guests at our store.

    Cons

Annual pay increases aren't always great. A lot of management staff, there are sometimes to many people to answer too.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clarify role responsibility if changes are made. Pharmacy should operate separate from the store. There is to much business involvement in a patient wellness field.

I have been working at Target full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The discounts you get as a team member. The cooperation between executives within the store is amazing. The overall teamwork in the store.

    Cons

The work life balance is missing. Being scheduled for 50 hours a week and having pay reflect a 40 hour week is not ok vacation also based on that The pay for the amount of work expected of you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Compensate executives based on that 50 hour week. Create an actual attendance policy for hourly team members
