    Pros

    Target itself is an awesome company to work for. If you are a hard worker and exude the "vibe" you have the oppurtunity to go far in the company!

    Cons

    Of course like some places you have to get rid of the politics of it all.

    Pros

    Good company to learn about team work,customer service,motivation and appreciation.

    Cons

    Pay is too low for all the responsibilities although a good company to grow with it's just the pay that is demotivating.

    Yes,If performance is good/college degree for executive team lead position
