    Pros

    cross-training, flexible hours, offers benefits

    Cons

under staffed, mandatory team huddles interfere with duties, rigid time limits on tasks

    Advice to Management

rigid time limits on tasks are impossible at times, take that into consideration

    Pros

The atmosphere Corporate tries to create for the team. "Fast, Fun and Friendly" is certainly a refreshing change in the retail world.

    Cons

Everything seems to revolve around payroll. Management's solution to everything? Cut hours across the board! We didn't have enough time to perform certain tasks before, now we have LESS time to do it?

    Advice to Management

If you want stores to look and act brand, we HAVE to have enough hours available to get the job done, and get it done RIGHT! More hours will mean more team availability for guests, and THAT is what results in more sales!
