Interesting marketing projects and (mostly) smart, motivated employees

I worked at Target as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

I worked on some great projects and was given free reign to run them. There are alot of perfectionists here, but my managers were wonderful and encouraged me to try new things even if that meant I sometimes failed.

    Cons

Difficult to get decisions made. Culture can be a bit oppressive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire your contractors, it feels odd to have so many 'permanent contractors' in the marketing pyramid.
