I have been working at Target part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Fast, friendly, and fun. Management does walk the walk. Also very inclusive.

    Cons

Not enough hours as an hourly. Supposed to push apps that store management isn't all that clear on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Even the TL's (team leaders) can't keep track of all the different target apps. Cartwheel with Facebook only access? What da heck are ya smokin' up dere in Minneapolis?
