Target Merchandising Specialist in Minneapolis, MN:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Pay is decent and you don't need much in experience or training

Cons

Young and attractive seems to be the name of the game. I saw good people passed over and party girls promoted.

Advice to Senior Management

Shouldn't socialize so much with employees. It looks unprofessional.
