I worked at Target full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

-Great benefits if you can get them.
-My manager worked with me to schedule me while I was in school.
-The discount worked on everything, from food to general merchandise.
-I was treated well by the management.
-Consistent hours (AP is given so many a year, so hours are not effected by sale volume)

    Cons

    -The pay was not great.

I have been working at Target full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Wonderful development culture. Interesting projects. Collaborative spirit.
The work life integration is great. Flexible hours have been implemented. Mentorship opportunities are vast.

    Cons

Cross pyramid movement can be difficult. Still breaking out of cookie cutter leadership expectations. But there has been some great diversity movement within historically traditional areas of the business (such as supply chain).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are many different types of leaders that can be successful.
