Pros

Sometimes can get a lot of hours. So busy time goes fast. Learn a lot since they try to teach you everything so they can hire less people.

Cons

Short handed, often hard to get hours. It is impossible to advance in position. Late hours. Very little communication to employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop being so lazy, if you are going to expect people to be cross-trained in most areas, at least train well enough so we are competent.
