I have been working at Target full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Set schedule, decent pay, ability to work independently. Would be great for those who like to do their own thing. The job consists of scanning bar codes on shelving units in the back stock room to pull merchandise and place it on a cart. With auto fill, you aren't responsible for stocking the shelves, you are just pulling merchandise that was bought during the day to replenish- so your job is mostly scanning and placing items in carts for others to put away.

    Cons

None. It's like most retail. But night shift can be tough due to the change of sleeping hours, can be difficult getting used to sleeping during daylight hours.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
