You know whats on sale before anyone else
Cons
Cannot move up beyond Team Leader without a four year degree
Will not always be recognized for consistent hard work.
Advice to Senior Management
It's unfair to recognize someone as a Top Performer for for doing something right once, while consistent workers are not.
