Target – “Target has changed”

Pros

I really enjoy working with my co coworkers, they make me feel like I am part of the family. The company is very stable and will be around for years to come.

Cons

The feeling has changed. It used to be a terrific place to work, but now it is hard to feel that you are important to the management.

Advice to Senior Management

It seems that the management no longer knows what it is like to work at a store level.
They keep piling on the work with no concept of work life balance.
