Target – “Amazing Company, Bad Pay”

Pros

Amazing Management, great company, upbeat, young store, potential to grow, upper management is paid well, excellent trainers, high standards for both the store and for employees.

Cons

Bad entry level pay, therefore making it unappealing as a long term job if without a college degree. 40 hours are never guaranteed.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay more for entry level jobs, it'll bring in even better employees. I am a college student and absolutely love working for Target. I find that I have great potential to lead, but am finding it hard to stay because of the very little pay.
