I worked at Target full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Company discounts, flexible schedule, co workers were fun to work with. Had a manager quit because they cut payroll.

    Cons

Work overload & they cut your hours on the regular. By cutting hours they short staffed themselves and overburdened what little crew they had

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don t cut hours & you wont be short staffed

    I worked at Target full-time

    Pros

-good money (when you figure out your hourly wage not so much though)
    -extremely easy job
-for the most part nice people

    Cons

    -not very challenging
-personal growth amounts to a lot of blowing smoke
-they say there is room for growth but it heavily relies on how willing you are to move, and how willing you are to put up with jobs that you don't like in order to possibly get to ones you do
-felt like a waste of a college degree
-ultimately felt like a babysitting job for adults
-the corporate culture just makes it feel like everybody is trying suck up to each other
-in reality it is a 48+ hour work week
-easy to get stuck in the position for 10+ years (I had coworkers who had been there longer)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open to change, other than that they were extremely nice people.
