  1. Training was a huge mess. No one knew where I was supposed to be or what I was supposed to be doing.

    Pros

Everyone I worked with was really nice. Even though they didn't have any idea how/where to train me.

    Cons

Training was a huge disaster. I felt like a yo-yo.

    Advice to Management

Consider a proper outline for every employee. Decide in advance who will be training and in what department.

  2. Not the best job...

    Pros

The only positive thing about working at Target is the community and volunteer events

    Cons

Target's management is horrible. At the interview they say that they are attentive to the needs of all employees; however, this is the farthest from true. They are driven by making money and could careless or their employees as long as they are at work doing their job.
