I have been working at Target part-time (more than a year)

Pros

The entry level pay is better than most Cashiers (although Cashiers are the lowest paid in the store).

I love the atmosphere

Cons

Lately it seems like I've been more of a Salesman than a Cashier. All they care about is selling Redcards. They constantly harass you about Redcards. You don't get commission or ANYTHING for getting them.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize that it's not that easy to sell Redcards.
