I worked at Target as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Many resources and people who really know the ins and outs of their department.

    Cons

Needs better HR management- sometimes HR would take longer than necessary to process or confirm documents/other HR related tasks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be wonderful if members had a more regular, structured feedback. For example, giving numeric values to evaluate employee work performance would be very useful.
