ProsAbility to cross train in several departments and learn as much as you like.

ConsOnce you go to overnight shift you never are able to go back to working day side!

Advice to Senior ManagementLISTEN TO YOUR EMPLOYEES WHEN THEY ARE NOT HAPPY IN A POSITION THAT IS PHYSICALLY HURTING THEM!!
