    Pros

Company has good compensation and benefits. They emphasize personal development/ leadership skills, which is transferable to other companies and industries.

    Cons

Target has a strong culture. People either love it or hate it and the company expects 100% buy in. With such a large company, it is harder to move laterally or up.

  2. Inexperienced Manager, great team mates

    Pros

Lots of great projects. Great people, constantly busy.

    Cons

To many meetings. Not enough experienced people in manager roles. Millions wasted due to inexperienced staff.

    Advice to Management

Cut out the fat of middle managers and put back the creative flair and energy we use to have at Target
